Charles B. Rangel Graduate Fellowship

Provides graduate school financial support for students looking for careers in the Foreign Service. Particularly encourages applications from members of minority groups traditionally underrepresented in the Foreign Service, and those with financial need. Requires commitment to a minimum of three years of service as a Foreign Service Officer following graduation.

Award Amount

Up to $95,000 over two years toward a two-year master's degree, one domestic and one international summer internship, professional development and support.
