SMART (Science, Math, and Research for Transformation) Scholarship
Sponsored by the Department of Defense (DOD), the SMART Scholarship provides an opportunity for students pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM disciplines) to receive a full scholarship and increase the number of civilian scientists and engineers working at DOD laboratories.

Full tuition and education related fees, stipend of $25,000-38,000 depending on degree pursued, paid summer internships, health insurance and book allowance, mentoring, and employment placement with the DoD after graduation.
